Wall boxes & Ceiling Mounts

The JAO wall box is available in 2 versions: the standard Arcos wall box product is constructed from anti-bacterial plastics and securely houses the power supply and cabling for the bedside terminal system.

The Arcos 8250 multimedia wall box increases the connectivity options of the Smart Terminal by providing an Ethernet connection at the bedside allowing patients and hospital staff to use their own PC notebooks and tablets. The wallbox also potentially allows games consoles to be connected and even for patients to access their own music and photo files. From a clinical perspective hand held barcode scanners can be connected to the wall box for medicine dispensing and patient identification.

The unique ceiling mount option provides installers with optional mounting for the Smart Terminals in areas where space is lmited or unsuitable for wallbox fixing. A dual arm ceiling mount is also available and provides multiple installations of arms in confined areas.
